sounds like you need an SEO agency, they will do an audit of the three main aspects – site structure; keyword and content; ecosystem linking.
there are plenty out there, you should get their proposals and ask here (on reddit) in SEO forums if the scope of work is reasonable for the cost.
as an aside, you should make some effort to build following on all other social media including youtube, facebook, instagram etc etc, driving traffic back to your site, social media engagement has been a factor in SEO for some time.
i will also highlight GDPR and cookie regulations especially browser banning pixel cookies has also been something of a concern for the affiliate industry (you’ll see discussion about it on the seo forums, part of the reason i sold my affiliate sites back in 2011) – you need to speak to the affiliate networks to see what they are doing to address this.
your cookie may also be being overwritten by voucher and cashback affiliates as well as voucher chrome extensions, and even other channels – if this is the case, there’s not much you can do individually to combat it.
