If paid search is a common in your industry you can use the CPC click price, estimate the keyword size of their campaigns; the size of the campaigns would give you an idea of the marketing headcount needed and the ad budget; if you look at the competitors sales process see if there’s a BDR and a sales guy involved, that will give you salary estimates there, same for client success; so it’s would be somewhat inaccurate; but it would give you some idea if its financially profitable or not, versus being propped up with VC money and a deep burn
