Considering to take on a job after 10 years of entrepreneurship? Tips?
r/Entrepreneur
There’s nothing wrong with taking a job, even after a decade of entrepreneurship, there is no shame or stigma. consider this as an alternative way of looking at things –
1. i sold a business i ran for 3+ years to a large global agency, i went from COO to General Manager in the agency. – so i also went from entrepreneur to employee
2. another business i had, simply ran out of steam, so i joined another company that was dealing with the same problem, simply because i wanted to solve the problem, and not deal with running the business.
theres nothing there to really be afraid or embarrassed to tell friends and family or business contacts, certainly no more so than if you said you’re selling your house and moving into rented accommodation elsewhere, its just not a big deal.
